One physical refuge. One digital companion.

PAUS brings refuge design, proposed sensor monitoring and community care into one ecosystem.
A concept showing how future IoT updates could reach both the App and E-Ink panel.
Concept architecture, not live telemetry. The website and current App do not verify a real sensor-to-cloud-to-E-Ink connection.

A food-level sensor and water-level reading could inform care teams when a refill is needed.
Website = discover PAUS. App = participate in its daily care.
Meet campus cats and review care notes.
Check station levels and feeding times.
Record cats and their campus locations.
Coordinate feeding and volunteer routines.
Support PAUS through community merchandise.
Connect people who care for campus cats.
These are features of the PAUS App concept and prototype. Availability depends on the deployed App version; sensor integration and payment processing are not live.
PAUS proposes a more coordinated way for cats and people to coexist. Impact is something to demonstrate with real records—not a number to invent.

PAUS brings together a sheltered refuge, responsible feeding routines, readable care status and an App designed to coordinate people who help.
The SDGs provide a reference framework. The links below are proposed contributions, not verified achievement or UN endorsement.
Promote more considerate shared campus spaces through a supervised, accessible care point and clear user circulation.
Explore durable components, replaceable scratching inserts and monitored refills to support thoughtful materials and supplies management.
Encourage humane, professionally advised population management while assessing potential risks that free-roaming cats may pose to native wildlife.
Propose structured cooperation between the campus, local authority, welfare organisations, veterinary advisers and community volunteers.
Alignment ≠ achievement. No audited SDG outcomes, certified environmental savings or formal SDG recognition are claimed. Goal 15 requires particular caution because free-roaming cats can have ecological impacts; partner guidance and biodiversity safeguards are essential.

From a supervised university pilot to a replicable community-care model—guided by partners, measured through evidence and expanded only when ready.

Collaboration status: these organisations are potential engagement targets, not confirmed sponsors, endorsers or partners of PAUS. A proposed campus pilot is subject to institutional approval, welfare guidance and funding.
Each stakeholder contributes a different capability. Clear responsibilities make the project more realistic and accountable.
